Our Homeschool-Life.com team looks forward to helping you with your membership, volunteer, accounting, and calendar setup. 

Instructions:

  1. Read ahead to questions #8 and #19 so you can gather needed data to complete this form
  2. Complete the form below in its entirety
  3. After submitting, check your admin portal or email within 24 business hours for a reply from our staff.

Once we receive your completed form, account setup is typically finished within 2 weeks.

Bulk Import Members. **We recommend you skip this step** Bulk imports make extra work for administrators (because you cannot bulk import members' answers to the custom questions and forms) and reduce member involvement. 

However, if you would like us to import your membership for you, please provide a .csv file with the following information for each member:

  • First Name (only one name in this field, please. This is usually the parent or guardian that attends your group with the children).

ACCOUNTING SET-UP

Homeschool-Life.com recommends Newtek for online payments for most groups. (Please note, if you are a nonprofit organization, a 501c3 determination letter is required for documentation purposes.)
