Period: Kitchen; 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This class will introduce new dancers to the basic positions and terminology in ballet; will challenge young dancers to move beyond ballet basics; and will focus on building strength, flexibility, and coordination. Each class will start with a short devotional/prayer time. Dancers must have their hair pulled back and must wear a leotard (with at least a two-inch strap), tights, skirt, and ballet shoes. Students will perform at the end of the spring semester, and a costume fee ($10-$20) will need to be provided during the spring semester. Jennifer Cardinale is a sophomore at Liberty University and has been dancing for fifteen years. Her passion is to glorify God by sharing her faith through the art of dance.
*This class is carried through the spring semester. Unless a student receives permission from the instructor, students who have not taken in the fall semester will not be permitted to enroll for the spring semester.
