VOLUNTEERS MAKE CUBS A SUCCESS!! 

Volunteers pull labels from items being purchased, organize tables according to 
age/grade and subject, use adding machines to total sales, and complete transactions. 
 
 
VOLUNTEERS GET TO SHOP EARLY!

Volunteers get ONE Volunteer Pre-Sale Ticket for EACH 1-1/2 hour shift worked. You do NOT need to be a seller to volunteer. Anyone can be a volunteer! 
 
During registration on Thursday morning, stop by the CUBS room to pick up your Volunteer Pre-Sale ticket. Only those with the Volunteer Pre-Sale ticket may enter the early sale. One pre-sale admission ticket will be issued for each shift worked. If you would like to bring someone to shop with you, encourage them to volunteer also, or you may work more than one shift. 
 
 
BECOMING A VOLUNTEER 

Volunteers are accepted by email only. Email the CUBS Administrator at cubs.chefofalabama@gmail.com. Include your name, email address, phone number and the times you would like to work. The CUBS Administrator will check the schedule to see if that time slot is available and email you back. We do our best to fit your schedule, but volunteers are scheduled on a first come basis. Schedule early for the best times!

Thursday 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Registration and drop-off 

 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Organize floor 

 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Volunteer Pre-sale (cashiers needed) 

 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM Open to public 

 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM Open to public 

 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM Open to public until 4:00/Break-down 

 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM Break down & Organize for pick up
