We have each put our faith in Jesus Christ as our own Savior and Lord.

We are committed Christian parents who are currently active in a local Christian Church. We are in agreement with the mission and vision of the school.

We are in agreement with the AMCS Code of Conduct.

We are in agreement with the AMCS Statement of Beliefs.

We pledge to develop an overall educational plan in which we will provide planned and purposeful educational activities for our child(ren). We agree to pursue excellence in education by teaching Biblical principles, life skills, and academics.
