2013-2014 HCHA Membership Scholarship Application

HCHA incurs expenses for each membership from several sources – website charges, group insurance premiums, facility rental, Resource Room materials, etc.  The HCHA Board therefore asks that you prayerfully consider applying for a partial scholarship – paying only $20.  However, if the reduced membership fee is still a financial hardship for your family this year, please indicate that you are applying for assistance with the full membership fee.
