Come enjoy an evening of dancing, fellowship, punch, and light snacks.

When: 6:30-10 pm
Cost: $5 per CHEMinistry member or $10 per CHEMinistry family. Suggested age of children for the dancing is 10 years and older.
Dress: If you have something that looks Regency, you are welcome to wear it. Boys can wear vests and cravats if you can find a masculine enough scarf. Adults are welcome to dress up and dance as well as students. If you don’t have anything Regency, just dress up in any fancy dress (girls) or nice pants (boys).
What is Regency Dancing? It's the type of dancing that took place in England during the time period ranging roughly from 1790 to 1825. If you've seen a Jane Austin movie, you've seen Regency dancing.
Don't know how to dance Regency style? We will have a professional caller at our dance. He will guide us through the steps of each dance and then we will dance the dance with the help of musicians playing authentic Regency music. We had a great time last year so come and have fun time learning and dancing.
