Who is excited to have the parks back to just the homeschool community?
Let's take advantage and spend a little time together. The time is fluid. Come anytime between 10 am-1 pm. You can bring activities to do and share with others. Some suggestions would be to bring a frisbee or basketball, or any other type of sporting equipment that can be shared and used in groups. Other opportunities at the park include the following: Baseball/softball field, basketball court, fishing area (not sure where), playground, soccer field, tennis court, volleyball court, trails, large open areas, and pavilions.
I will plan to arrive at 10:00 am to greet anyone arriving earlier as well. We will pack a lunch and hang out for a while. If I don't stay until 1:00 pm, I will be sure there will be members there to greet anyone who comes out later during the activity. I am thinking about bringing some rocks and paint for anyone who wants to be creative. If planning to paint, please wear something that can't be ruined by accidental paint mishaps.
So, bring a snack and/or lunch, something to drink, and some energy to enjoy our time together.
