AT THE DOOR: Cost is $50. Cash only. Exact change.
SBFA/PacLu/Coastal students can invite no more than 2 students as guests.
Light pasta bar (including gluten-free and dairy-free options), finger foods, desserts and refreshments to be served. There will be a raffle with many prizes during the dance.
1. Pick-up time: Students must be picked up no later than 9:30 pm.

3. COVID Responsible
- PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND DANCE IF YOU ARE EXHIBITING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Have had close contact with someone who tested positive within last 48 hours

As you drop off your students, please stay until they have been given the green light to enter.

4. SBFA Student Activity Permission Form

Print, fill out, and sign a copy of the SBFA Student Activity Permission Form for each high school student attending the dance.

Every high school student needs to turn in the SBFA Student Activity Permission Form when they arrive to the dance.

Permission forms may NOT be emailed and a hard copy must be brought to the dance or turned in before the event. We will NOT be accepting digital copies!
5. Signing Up
- >>High School students should not sign themselves up. Please have the responsible adult sign up the high school student.<<

In the "Attendee Information" section, please enter High School Student's information.

Please leave the "participating" checkbox checked.

Click on Add Attendee, if you are signing up more than one student.

If your student is inviting a guest that you are paying for, use Add Attendee and fill in First and Last Name and Additional Attendee Information.

SBFA students can invite no more than 2 students as guests.

Please list which SBFA, PacLu, or Coastal Academy high school student invited your high school student.

Non-SBFA Families will need to pay at the time of sign up, or you will lose your spot and need to re-register.

Use the pay button on the sign up confirmation screen to pay for the dance via PayPal. You will not be able to go back to the page at a later time. If you miss the payment button, you will need to contact the website administrator at webmaster@sbfaithacademy.org.
