Online Pre Enrollment For NEW members Both Campuses
Pre-enrollment has closed. Please email the Registrar - jcapps@upstatecoop.org to request an enrollment appointment after pre-enrollment has closed.
Online Pre-Enrollment is the process of signing up to come to our On-Site Enrollment Day.
Beginning April 4 at 8:00am, Click {Sign Up Now} and you will be asked to:
- Provide your phone number.
- Which campus your student(s) will attend.
- List all student(s) you wish to enroll and the grade(s) you wish to enroll them in.
- Have you previously attended UHC?
- Do any of your students have learning struggles?
- Are you planning to sign-up for dual enrollment with NGU or Bob Jones?
- List YOUR NAME as the attendee. Once you click {Sign Up} you will be pre-enrolled.
- NOTE: Please ONLY submit ONE ENTRY PER FAMILY, NOT PER CHILD. Mulitiple entries slows down the process for all.
You will be assigned your enrollment appointment on this UHC Enrollment Appointment document to come to an On-Site Enrollment Day. Your enrollment appointment will be posted within 24 hours of completing online pre-enrollment. You will need to check this document periodically, as appointments shift due to cancellations until 24 hours prior to an enrollment day.
Please be sure to complete the steps to prepare for on-site enrollment as outlined in this checklist.
