SELLERS: Plan to clean out those school desks and sort through those overflowing bookshelves! Box it up and bring it to the Used Curriculum Sale! Seller instructions are available at https://ucs.sudleysprings.com/inch/. You must register online and print labels with barcodes for your books. We use a computerized system. Instructions include specific information on how to label and classify each item you wish to sell, along with when to drop-off your items and when to pick up unsold things after the sale. Questions? SHOPPERS: Planning for next year? Looking for the books, curriculum and other educational resources you'll need? Then don't miss the Used Curriculum Sale on Thursday, July 16, 2020!! Admission is included with the registration of your INCH conference ticket. General admission is $5 per person. Children under the age of 10 are free. This is the PERFECT place to find what you need at a fraction of the cost of new materials! We sort the books and provide lots of signs to help you find your way to those special items you're looking for. Many categories to choose from. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
VOLUNTEERS: We need volunteers to help set-up, work during the sale, and tear down after the sale. Please contact dbellgowan@michn.org if you are interested in volunteering. Volunteers get to shop “early”. Early shopping takes place after the set-up is complete on Thursday, July 16th. We limit early shopping to 10 items per person. We do this so all the “good stuff” isn’t gone before the sale begins.
SCHEDULE:
Thursday, July 16th, 2020
7am – 8am – Set Up
8:00am – 10:00am – Seller drop off (Cedar Street Church)
8:00am – 1:00pm – Receiving books, sort, and organize (Cedar Street Church)
1:00pm - 2:00pm – Volunteer shopping (10 item limit)
2:00pm - 5:00pm – Used Curriculum Sale is OPEN
5:00pm - 9:00pm - Resorting books and room tear down and clean up
9:00pm - 10:00pm – Seller pick up unsold books (Cedar Street Church)
