CHICK-FIL-A: ORDERS DUE BY SUNDAY AT 4 P.M.

  • Payment: NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY MONDAY 9:00AM
    • Questions regarding payments please see Leadership Team.
  • What if we placed an order but end up not coming to Compass that day?
    • You MUST cancel it on the website asap...through the events calendar! 
    • Send an email to the hotlunch coordinator AND to leadership team letting us know that you cancelled.
    • If you place an order and do not attend Compass that week, in the event that you canceled AFTER the order was placed or you forget to cancel, you are still responsible for paying for your food.
    • If we are not able to cancel it in time, there are no refunds, unless you can find someone to purchase your food from you. You can post on Facebook, contact a friend, or send an email through the Compass website. If someone else pays for your order, then you can receive a refund. (CHECK WITH HOT LUNCH COORDINATOR FIRST TO SEE IF THEY WERE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO PURCHASE YOUR FOOD)
