Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Valentine Exchange for Younger Children.

Please bring a paper bag, shoebox (either 1 per child or 1 per family)

that can be decorated using markers (provided).

Also, please bring 50 Valentines. If you would like to bring treats (candies) to put in the

bags/boxes, please be sure that they are prepackaged.

Teens: Valentine's Chips, Cookies, and Candies Potluck

Have your teens bring chips, cookies, or candies (or all three if they want!) to share for our teen's potluck party at park day. We usually have at least 20-25 teens.

Parents:

Cookies, Doughnuts, juice boxes, water, cupcakes, brownies, or fruit (as a healthy option) are all welcome as well. If you have extra folding tables, please bring them so we have more room to set up treats and an area for the younger kids to decorate their Valentine's Bags/Boxes. Hot beverages, plates and silverware will be provided by leadership.

While the children enjoy themselves, we will be conducting our

Curriculum Discussion Series Part 2:

History, World Languages, and Art

Bring your texts/workbooks/websites for roundtable discussions.

Also, plan on the following...

Raffle

Field Trip/Events Signup Info.

Blessings Table/Area 

Early birds are welcome to arrive starting at 12:30 pm. to help set up.

Please remember to bring a lawn chair, sunscreen, umbrellas, etc.

We will meet rain or shine on the 18th. Pavilion space is limited, so please plan accordingly.

***Childcare is not provided at any PEC Meeting. Every parent is responsible for their own child(ren) as PEC is NOT responsible for the safety or supervision of any children. A parent or guardian must be present. Monthly meetings and most PEC activities are NOT drop off events. Thank you in advance for your compliance in this matter***
