CCCHG Annual Kickoff Meeting Learn about our Homeschool Group. Get updates for the 2018-2019 school year, meet new members, pay your membership annual dues, order t-shirts (optional), discuss Co-op class program, field trip and event planning, yearbook, and lots more! Please share this information and invite others that you think are interested in joining our group or homeschooling this year! 

When: Monday, August 6th, 2018

6:00 - 6:15 PM : Meet, Greet and Snack - Grab some coffee/tea and a snack, meet the new folks, and catch up with old friends!

6:15 - 8:30 PM Meeting Session: Info and updates on group, A special speaker, and Q & A with leaders as well as payments, background checks, etc. 

BRINGING CHILDREN: We try to be child-friendly due to the nature of our "business", but this meeting is for parents to find out about our group, to receive updates, and to take care of administrative tasks. Our kickoff meeting is our biggest meeting of the year, with many new families attending. If you can at all leave the kiddos home with grandma or dad, especially for veterans, it just lessens the load and the chaos with the kids that will have to come. Childcare is available BY RESERVATION, at $2 per child. Space is limited, please email info@ccchomeschool to reserve your space in childcare by Friday, August 3rd. If you are inviting a new homeschooler, please make sure to reserve childcare for them if needed. No unsupervised children at this event, they must be in childcare. Infants can stay with mom.

What to Bring:  $ For membership payments, photo ID for background checks, $ for T Shirts if desired.

* Credit Card/Check/Cash accepted for membership annual dues and T-Shirt orders at meeting.

* T-Shirts run from $9 - $12 depending on size.
