12th Grade Graduation
Greetings Graduating Families!
We are so excited that you are joining us for the 2019 Homeschool High School Graduation!
PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
Graduation Date: Saturday, June 1, 2019
Time: 10:00am Arrival/Rehearsal Time
2:00pm Ceremony Begins
3:30pm Refreshments
5:00pm Clean up
Place: TBA
Since seniors and graduating families tend to be very busy, we will have a mandatory dress rehearsal for the same day as the event.
We are working on securing a meeting place and date for an early to mid-October parent meeting to get together. Grads are welcome to attend with parents and they will also be getting together another night following our meeting to do some voting. All families will be required to set up/clean up on the day of the event. A parent job list will also be sent out prior to our first meeting of which all parents will be required to choose one task.
You may note that Student Speakers are not on the questionnaire. In an effort to avoid the usual popularity contest that ensues when nominating a student speaker, we will be having a vote on the best preliminary student speech written by those grads that would like to be considered as a student speaker. Speech writers will be kept anonymous to voters. We will have one guy and one girl represent the class. Written speech information will be sent out this fall and due in early January with a vote right after.
