Spelling Club – 2nd Tuesdays – 6 meetings (max. 20 students)
We will study vocabulary, learn about languages of origin, play spelling games, participate in practice spelling bees, and prepare for National Spelling Bee competitions at the school and district level. Students who demonstrate mastery of the School Spelling Bee Study List will be given additional opportunities to concentrate on more advanced vocabulary and to study languages of origin in more depth.

(SMICA is enrolled in the Scripps National Spellubv Bee program for 2019-2020. I If your child’s homeschool association is not enrolled in Scripps, enrollment in Learning at Home will be required in order to participate in the Spelling Club.
