New families: the first step is to Request Membership. A member of Teach will contact you. Afterwards you will mail in your Family Registration Fee of $70.00. and two volunteer checks (each one for $40.00) to cover volunteer duties. Checks are to be made out to Teach Homeschool Support Organization.
Next print and complete the Medical Release Form. All those parts (total of 3 checks and Med form) need to be mailed to: Teach Homeschool, 7101 Glenwood Ave, Golden Valley, MN 55427. Once we receive those, your family will be approved for membership allowing you to formally sign up for the classes of your choice!
Once you formally sign up for classes, you will need to send in a final check for class registration costs. If you have further questions, please email email@example.com.
