Become a CHEF Supporting Family

When you become a CHEF Supporting Family, you help us serve Alabama homeschoolers. We would be honored if you would join with us to support, protect, and promote home education in Alabama.

Your membership enables us to:

  • Provide a website with pertinent information for Alabama homeschoolers
  • Provide a part time staff person to offer aid and encouragement to the numerous people who contact the CHEF office
  • Promote home education in Alabama
  • Provide convention scholarships to those in need

Your membership provides you:

  • Entrance to the members only section of the website which includes: classified ads where you can sell or buy curriculum, a place to advertise your family business, a discussion forum, a private family directory with optional participation, a photo gallery, and access to the latest information
  • An early pass into the convention used book sale
  • $20 discount with HSLDA

The cost of membership is $25.00 a year.

Join anytime! Membership runs for one year from the date you join.


If you have paid a membership fee within the past 12 months, all you need to do is submit the completed membership form below. If you haven't yet paid the yearly fee, you can do so using Paypal  after completing the membership form. If you prefer, you may mail a check to CHEF of Alabama, PO Box 20208, Montgomery, AL 36120.
