Thank you for your interest in Cahaba Academy!  Cahaba Academy requires completion of a Request for Membership and the Enrollment Process.  The initial Request for Membership (this online form) must be submitted before access to the Membership Website is granted.  Once access has been granted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the enrollment process.  By submitting this request for membership, you are stating that you have read and agree to the policys, procedures, and requirements as described within the Cahaba Academy Membership Manual.

Payment Instructions

Payment Information:  A non-refundable Application Fee of $25 must be paid with submission of the initial Request for Membership. Use the "Sign In and Pay" button below, enter you username and password, select the checkbox next to the invoice to pay, and click "Pay Now".  The required application fee must be paid within 5 days.  Applications with unpaid fees will be deleted after 5 days.  Once the Enrollment Process has been completed and your application has been approved, you will be invoiced for your applicable tuition payment.  If approved, your $25 Application Fee will be applied toward the remaining fees based on your membership level.  Tuition is due by July 15th and November 30th of the respective enrollment periods.

You will be notified via email when website access has been granted.  Once you have been notified your website access has been approved, return to the Enrollment Menu page to complete the registration process!
