Please read our Statement of FaithConstitution and BylawsChild Protection PolicyCode of Conduct, and Dress Code before proceeding with registration. 

To Join ECCHO please complete these 3 steps:

1.  Fill out the membership application below.

2.  Submit background checks for family members (18+) who will be attending ECCHO events.  (Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Etc.)  These can be emailed to rebecca@eccho.us or filled out/turned in at the New Family Open House event.

3.  Sign up and attend a New Family Open House - you will find the next available one on the ECCHO calendar.  We plan this every three months (or sooner) as needed.

Family dues can be paid by cash, check, or Zelle (zelle@eccho.us) at the New Family Open House.

After completing the form, please complete registration by paying the membership dues, signing the liability release, and emergency contact info, and completing the background check form (please fill out and submit to rebecca@eccho.us).

Please note that membership will not be approved until all steps are complete.

ECCHO membership dues are $40.00 per year, invoiced in August. Summer membership is $10 if you join May-July.

Payment by Zelle (zelle@eccho.us) is recommended. 

You may mail a check to PO BOX 232, Waxahachie, 75168. Membership will not be approved until we receive your check. In case of bad checks, membership will be revoked or denied. 


We do offer fee reductions for those in hardship situations, such as job loss, costly health problems, etc. We don't want to turn anyone away due to financial hardship, so please email us at pres@eccho.us and tell us your situation and we will be happy to work with you.
