As a WCHE member, your family may participate in our activities, co-op, and meet-ups throughout the school year. You will have access to our online Member Forum, as well as weekly e-mails to help keep you up-to-date with all of our events.
Once a member, you are encouraged the use the Member Site, and will be able to register for our events online.
Cost for membership to WCHE is as follows:
- All returning members prior to May 10, 2019: $45.00
- All new members or members renewing after May 10, 2019: $55.00
If WCHE Co-op fills to capacity, we will take additional members on a family by family basis, giving priority to our returning members and Willow Creek Church members first.
Contact our New Member Coordinator, Taylor Kazy, firstname.lastname@example.org for directions on how to submit your payment and paperwork to WCHE, or if you have any questions about our support group.
When proceeding with final membership paperwork, checks should be made payable to "Willow Creek Church" (please write "WCHE" in the memo line). Registration payments, Medical Authorization, and Background Screening forms should be submitted together. All WCHE Registrations will remain pending until payment, Medical Authorization, and Background Screening forms have ALL been received.
