Payment Instructions

Mail payment made payable to H.E.A.R.T. INC. to 11993 SE 72nd Ct. Rd. Ocala, Fl 34420. For mailed payments please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.

Your $45.00 payment of membership fees indicates that you have read and agree to abide by our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
