Mission Statement of Cornerstone

Cornerstone is a Christian homeschool cooperative dedicated to assisting families with the education of their children by providing excellent instruction from a biblical worldview. The program seeks to do this by offering quality academic classes taught by teachers who openly express faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and using curriculum that teaches traditional values, Christian character, and biblical principles.

Our vision is to glorify God in the training of our children, providing them with the skills to think critically, clearly and Biblically.

Announcements

Tomorrow, Monday, December 15th, Cornerstone will follow the Carroll County Public School System and delay our start time with a reevaluation. A final decision and announcement will be posted by 7:15AM

If CCPS closes, we will also close. If CCPS delays the start of school, we will start
our day with the 9:35AM classes at 9:35AM.

Elementary classes that typically start at 9:55AM will also start at 9:55AM.

Teachers may arrive as early as 9:00AM.

When in doubt, call a board member for information.

On bad weather days that force the cancellation of “in-person” classes, middle and high school core academicclasses may be held using Zoom. If Zoom classes are held, attendance will be mandatory.
