Join us April 7 - 11 for Homeschool Week at SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium. Homeschool students, teachers and their families are invited to explore the aquarium and participate in educational Activity Stations for only $5+tax per person (Adult or Child). As always, tiny kids (2 & under) are free. Regular admission prices are: $20.99+tax/adult and $15.99+tax/child.

Encounter sharks, stingrays, sea turtles and over 10,000 other sea creatures throughout the aquarium - your $5 wristband is valid all day!
Activity Stations (optional)
No additional cost | 10:00am - 2:00pm
Explore Activity Stations in our classrooms from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Come and go as you please and take part in interactive learning stations geared towards a variety of ages from Elementary School to High School. Network with other families from the homeschool community, while learning about marine life and science.
This year's Activity Station theme: Wildlife Conservation- How Can we Help?
Protecting our seas through animal rescue, captive breeding, and sustainable seafood choices. These are just a few of the many ways to make a difference! Join us during Homeschool Week to learn what SEA LIFE Minnesota is doing in regards to conservation, and what you can do to help with a variety of hands-on activities at our learning stations.
Behind-the-Scenes Tours (optional)
$4.00+tax per person | 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm
Behind-the-Scenes Tours must be booked in advance.
A Behind-the-Scenes Tour is a 45-minute guided tour that will take you up on deck above our tunnel system where you can see animals that are currently off-exhibit. You will then explore our Laboratory to find out how we treat and maintain the 1.3 million gallons of water that make up the aquarium. Finally, your tour guide will take you into our Food Prep Kitchen to see what we feed our 10,000 + creatures in order to keep them healthy and strong.

All Behind-the-Scenes Tours are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. To reserve a space, please call 952-853-0612 or e-mail sales@sealifeus.com. Although there may be availability for tours the day of your visit, we cannot guarantee a space for those who haven't registered in advance. Regular Behind-the-Scenes Tour price is $6.99+tax per person.
Who Can Attend
Your group may include any family member, including Grandparents. Guests will not need a reporting form but must be in the accompaniment of and paid for with, a homeschool family.
Tax-exempt groups must bring a copy of your Tax Exempt Form with you to the aquarium at which time the tax will be removed from your transaction.
Each group that attends Homeschool Days must show a Reporting Form at the SEA LIFE Box Office. There are several documents that will be accepted as proof that you are a Homeschool Family.
Accepted forms of Homeschool identification include:
(1) A membership card from ECHO-MN, MHA, MACHE or other homeschool group
(2) A copy of your "Letter of Intent to Continue Homeschooling"
(3) A copy of your "Initial Report to Superintendent"
You will need one of these forms to obtain the homeschool prices.
