Governor Mary Fallin and First Gentleman Wade Christensen invite you to Septemberfest!
Oklahoma History Center (800 Nazih Zuhdi Dr., Oklahoma City)
Septemberfest is a FREE, family festival exploring the rich heritage and diversity for which Oklahoma is known. This event features crafts, music, storytelling, historical re-enactments, agricultural exhibits, theater, face-painting and everything in between. Families are also encouraged to bring picnics to enjoy on the lawn, and food vendors will be on site.
The Governor's Mansion will be open for tours from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Septemberfest provides a hands-on experience that showcases our state’s past, present and future. Attractions include, but are not limited to:
- Arts and Crafts
- Carriage and Pony Rides
- Chalk Art
- Food Vendors
- Historic Re-Enactments
- Oklahoma Musicians and Performers
- Real Chuckwagon Cooking and Trick Ropers
- Sports Activities and Inflatables
- Storytime with Governor Fallin
