Early Arrival | Late Pickup Policy
Early Arrival
- Students may arrive NO EARLIER to the WEST building than 8:45 am on Tuesdays and 8:15 am on Wednesdays
- Anyone arriving earlier on-site before this time will be charged $20 every 15 minutes
- WEST Team Members MUST be onsite prior to your student arriving and entering the building
Departures
- Final pickup time is 3:30 pm on Tuesdays and 4:15 pm on Wednesdays
- ALL students MUST be gone by these times
- WEST Onsite people will be offsite and leaving for their life responsibilities 3:30 pm Tuesdays and 4:15 pm Wednesdays
Late Pick Up
- Anyone still remaining on-site after final pickup time will be charged $20 every 15 minutes
- Parents will be invoiced for the early/late payment
- Cash, Check accepted at the Nest or Paypal
- Payment due before classes the following week
- If no payment received, fee/s is deducted from Pen the 10 at the end of the year or collected prior to membership request for following year
- Parents will be invoiced for the early/late payment
