Returning families login to automatically be directed to the private home page to renew account | Using primary login and password, register for classes beginning the first Wednesday in June

Grades 5-12 Classes Steps
- Login with primary username and password at westclasses.com
- Register for Classes
- After all classes have been chosen, click Manage Class Registrations on the right side of screen
- Print for personal records and confirmation student is registered
- At bottom of screen, click View Statement of Account to Pay
- For FULL YEAR courses, the Statement of Account displays tuition divided by payment deadlines
- Make payment with PayPal or mail a check to WEST | 12271 73rd Street NE | Otsego, MN 55330
NOTE: For a record of student classes, log into your WEST account and follow these steps:
- Click on Balance on the upper-right top menu on WEST home page
- Click on Invoice & Payment Details
- Print list of classes with amount paid as this document may be helpful for tax records
WEST DOES NOT provide receipts. Keep your personal record of payment in check copy or PayPal statement

Class Fees & Payments
Join WEST
- Beginning May 1 on homepage of WEST website then login to register for classes the first Wednesday of June at 8:00 am
TUITION FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full Year Courses Payable with check or PayPal
- Fall Semester Deposit
- First Payment of 25% per class due upon registration or pay in full
- Remaining payments for a Full Year Course are divided into 3 equal payments due:
- Second Payment August 20
- Third Payment October 20
- Fourth Payment November 20
Half Year Courses Fall OR Spring Semester
Registration opens for both First Wednesday in June
- Fall | Spring Semester Deposit
- First Payment of 50% per class due upon registration or pay in full
- Remaining payments due August 20
Spring Semester Only Class Tuition Increase Begins November 1
Wings Homeschool Group - not WEST - will show on your statement as payment for your join request/class registration
LATE PAYMENTS
Students will NOT be able to attend ANY WEST CLASS if payment schedule listed below is not followed unless approved by WEST Team

CHECKS | CASH PAYMENTS
- Write one check out to WEST with student/s name/s and class/es in memo line or attached note
- Check must be received within 72 hours of class registration or student/s will be deleted from class/es registered for
- Checks written to WEST for joining and/or tuition payments can be deposited at any time
- If different arrangements are needed, contact registrar.west@gmail.com or billing.west@gmail.com
- Cash payments for registration and/or tuition will require coordination with the WEST Accounting Manager at billing.west@gmail.com.
- Cash payments must be made in person by an adult - not a student - to the WEST Accounting Manager with a required signature by the paying adult on the WEST Cash Payment Form for record keeping purposes
- If your student is on a wait list, no payment is required at time of registration
- Students who cancel before classes begin will receive a partial refund unless the class is cancelled by WEST

DO I GET MONEY BACK IF I WITHDRAW MY STUDENT?
Withdrawal up through July 31
- One time annual join fee is non-refundable
- $25 fee per class dropped
- Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family

WITHDRAWING AFTER CLASSES BEGIN
Full Year Classes
- Written notification to WEST is required (email is fine) registrar.west@gmail.com
- A refund check will be mailed for $50
- Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family registrar.west@gmail.com

- Written notification to appropriate Tutor/s is required (email is fine)
Semester ONLY Classes
For any registered student withdrawing from a one semester class within 24 hours after the second day of classes:
- Written notification to WEST is required (email is fine) registrar.west@gmail.com
- A refund check will be mailed for $50
- Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family registrar.west@gmail.com
Withdrawal later than 24 hours after the second day of classes in a one semester class requires no refund

- Written notification to appropriate Tutor/s is required (email is fine)
Enrollment After Classes Begin
- New students will be accepted if space is available and if the Tutor approves
Class Sizes
- A minimum and maximum class size has been set
- Your quick enrollment in a class will help ensure that the class is offered and/or that there is room for your student before the class reaches its maximum limit
MAY I REGISTER THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES?
- Yes
- Complete registration forms and payments
- Students will attend classes the second week due to administrative processing and Tutor notification
