PSEO Class Registration

Homeschool high school juniors and/or seniors who meet the following admissions requirements may apply and be admitted to the PSEO program at Crown College on a space-available basis:

• Only Minnesota residents are eligible for the PSEO program

• High School Junior and/or Senior

• GPA | Test Scores:

  • Crown College Minimum GPA 3.25 | No test scores required

• Ability to succeed at the higher education level of academic rigors

• List PSEO Student on Homeschool Reporting Form to School District

Apply to Crown College

• Students must indicate on their application that they are enrolling in PSEO classes on the WEST campus

• Student to sign FERPA Release for Crown

• Parent to sign NOSR Form for Crown PSEO every semester

Accepted at Crown College

• Crown College notifies students of acceptance

  • Upon Acceptance at Crown College:

    • Register for classes on Crown's website - Crown College Registration

    • Register for SAME Classes on WEST's website

    • Student fills out FERPA Release - FERPA Policy

    • Student Setup Crown Account on Computer | Phone with App

    • Student Check Crown Email Daily Once Accepted into Crown PSEO

CHECK DAILY - ALL PSEO communication is found in student’s Crown email account

CHECK application and registration deadlines on Crown College website

Next Steps with WEST

• After college acceptance, join WEST or renew with WEST westclasses.com
• After joining WEST
  
  • Login to westclasses.com with parent username and password
    
    • Click PSEO Menu
      
      • Scroll down
        
      • Click PSEO Registration Steps
        
      • Scroll down
        
      • Click the blue Register button
        
      • Click PSEO Administrative semester fee
        
        • Specify which student is enrolling for PSEO by selecting appropriate box next to student's name on screen
          
        • Click Register
          
      • Click on first PSEO class student wants to register for ($5/credit)
        
        • Specify which student is enrolling for course by selecting appropriate box next to student's name on screen
          
        • Click Register
          
          • Add next class by following previous steps
            
          • Repeat this process for each additional PSEO class
            
  • After all classes have been chosen
    
    • View PSEO Class Registration Summary page
      
    • Print for personal records and registration confirmation
      
    • Make Full Payment with PayPal or mail a check to WEST
      
    • At bottom of screen, click "view statement of account to pay"
      
      • Wings Homeschool Group (not WEST) will show on your PayPal statement as payment for your membership/class registration
