Registration Opens January 5 for Current WESTies  |  January 21 to ANY & ALL Homeschoolers

All Prices Include Dinner:

$85 per current WEST student  January 5 - 20

$95 per student  January 21 - March 31

$110 per student  April 1 - 15

An additional $20 fee applies if registration is closed or past end date

• Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

• Registration is not complete - spot not reserved until payment is received

• Payment must match the fee schedule

  • If a student registers in one month but pays in a different month, the payment must reflect the currrent month's fee

    • Example: If a student registers by March 31 but payment is not received until April 1, fee increases to $110

• Registration is open until capacity is reached OR until the listed deadlines -- whichever comes first

  • A late fee applies in either circumstance

• Non-homeschoolers may only register if attending as a guest of a currently registered homeschooled student

• Students must be in 9th grade or above to attend -- NO EXCEPTIONS

WEST reserves the right to refuse and accept any registration of any person without a reason given
In the event of refusal prior to event, the registration will be returned
