2025-2026 Registration and Payment Information

Registration Process for the 2025-2026 term (Your oldest child must be 6 years old and in first grade by September 1st to register) 
 

  1. Please fill out the registration form below.

  2. Co-op membership dues are $135.00 annually/$67.50 prorated per family and a $40 background check fee/participating adult.

    • Membership Fees are due upon receipt of your membership approval letter in order to secure your spot for the upcoming year. 

    • Membership Fees may be paid via Venmo or by mailing a check (details will come with your approval letters.)

  3. All New member adult(s) attending Monday school will require a background check the fee for the background check and interview is $40 per participating adult (details will come with your approval letter)

  4. All forms need to be completed before your membership is complete. Be sure to follow the links for these items.
