The date you completed the Background Check To obtain a background check: Please email the SET Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Louisville, Scott Fitzgerald, and explain you are joining St. Thomas Aquinas Homeschool Group and need a background check. To obtain initial in-person SET Training Certificate: For upcoming SET training sessions, please visit https://www.archlou.org/about-the-archdiocese/archdiocesan-policies-guidelines-and-handbooks/restoringtrust/safe/. If you think you are up to date but don't have the SET certificate or date of Background Check, you may email the SET Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Louisville, Scott Fitzgerald, and provide him your name at the time you think you completed the certificate or background check and at which parish. Mr. Fitzgerald will confirm the details of your status which you may pass along via email to our current SET Coordinator (Lindsay Gehl: fraulindsay@gmail.com). Clubs: Please indicate if you intend to attend the monthly Catholic Clubs at Immaculate Conception parish in La Grange, KY, on the 3rd Friday of the month. Participation requires parents volunteering as either group leaders or helpers. Assistance is also needed for set-up and clean-up, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables, taking out trash and arranging rooms to original layout. Yes Nope 10. If attending Catholic Clubs, please list which class or group you will co-lead or help in. 11. Yearly Dues: Yearly Dues are due no later than the third Friday in September each year (first Clubs meeting of the year). You may pay in person with Cash or Check, or through Paypal. New members will be given the name and info of our Treasurer once they are approved.
