CHET-NW Membership Process

Please follow the instructions below for requesting membership to CHET-NW.

Fill out the online form below and hit submit. Please remember the Emergency Contact and Insurance Form that is included as part of the registration process.
Pay for your membership ASAP.
You will receive a call from our Membership Secretary. It could take up to a week for someone to get in touch with you. Please allow more grace in June & July as this is our busiest time for membership renewals.
After your payment is received and you have spoken with our Membership Secretary, they will approve your application. You will then receive a welcome email and you will have full access to our website.

Registration is from June 1st - May 31st every school year.

The family registration fee is $30 annually, unless you join 2/1-5/31, it is prorated to $15. (This is new as of 6/1/25)

Paying online is our quickest method to activate your membership(usually less than 24 hours).

You may click the "PAY NOW" button at the very bottom. This will auto-include the fee that our payment processor charges of $0.90. So you will pay a total of $30.90

You may mail a $30 check or money order to the address below. Please allow 3 weeks for your membership to become active with this payment method.

SENIOR GRADUATION POLICY: You MUST hold a membership for 11th AND 12th grade in order for your teen to participate in senior graduation.
Exemptions to this policy: You are new to homeschooling or new to the Tucson area.

GRADUATION DEADLINE: 12/1 IS THE DEADLINE TO JOIN THE CURRENT YEARS GRADUATION CEREMONY. DUE TO ORDERING DEADLINES AND DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Temporary exemption for the 25-26 year: If you are a QUEST family with a 2026 Senior, your Senior is eligible to join our graduation ceremony by 12/1. Please fill out an application and pay the registration fee. Please include on your application that you are a Quest family.

CURRENT/RETURNING MEMBERS: On 8/1 a $5 late fee will need to be added on, and membership will then be $35. Your membership will be parked until this fee is paid. On 8/10 if your renewal fee is not received, your membership will be removed and you will no longer have access to the website and will need to reapply.

Make sure you save the user name and password you enter in this registration form, you will need them to log in once your account is activated.

Permission and Release Form

After clicking the continue button, there is another form to complete. This is a Permission and Release form with Insurance and Emergency Contact information. While the parent/guardian is typically present at CHET-NW activities - should an emergency situation occur and the parent/guardian is not reachable, this information will be readily available.

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, do hereby grant permission for my child(ren) listed above to participate in CHET-NW Activities. In order that my child may receive the proper medical treatment in the event that he/she may sustain injury or illness during any CHET-NW activity, I hereby authorize a supervising adult to obtain or provide medical treatment for my son/daughter for such injury or illness during the CHET-NW activity, and I hereby hold CHET-NW, as well as its representatives, harmless in the exercise of this authority. I hereby release from any liability CHET-NW and all adult supervisors and class helpers in the event of any accident en route or during activities. I further acknowledge and understand that I will be responsible for any medical bills that may be incurred on behalf of my son/daughter for physical illness or injury that he/she may sustain during any CHET-NW activity.
