Members of JPGHE work together to provide educational, extra-curricular and social activities for their families.

Requirements of Membership Include: attending the annual business meeting in November, assisting in planning or

leading an activity during the year, payment of annual dues (except in cases of financial hardship), completion of signed

JPGHE Release and Waiver (below), and updating family information on the JPGHE members only website annually.

Membership begins when this form and dues have been received and is effective until August 31, 2027.

Photo release: I agree that JPGHE may use my child's/children’s photograph or image, without any personal information being disclosed, for the newsletter, website, and/or in publications such as a year book.
I AGREE that JPGHE may use images of my child(ren) in communications intended for JPGHE member families. I DO NOT want images or photographs of my child(ren) shared with JPGHE for any reason.

2026-2027 Release & Waiver 
I hereby release John Paul the Great Home Educators and its Board Members, general members, and volunteers from any and all liability for damage or injury to my children or myself, or to any person or property during the time of my or my children’s attendance at any JPGHE group activity or event whether or not such damages were sustained in connection with any of the group’s activities. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless JPGHE and its Board Members, general members, and volunteers from any claims, including the cost of expenses arising in connection with injuries or damage sustained by my children or me. I assume full responsibility for my child’s or children’s behavior, for assuring his, her, or their supervision during JPGHE group activities and events, and for any damage or injury caused by my child’s or children’s actions. I hereby verify that the names and the birth dates of my children, our current address and phone number(s) are listed correctly on the registration section of the Homeschool-life website used for JPGHE.
