End of year Student Showcase and Celebrations

Let's celebrate all of our successes for the year!
Please follow along carefully. We will have a full and exciting day!
Project fair 10am-4pm
Non-Members entrance fees are $10 for the first entrance and $5 thereafter (this can be combined with the SHOWCASE)
-Each space is approximately 3feet, you will be charged for a second space if more space is needed.
-Set up time is between 9am and 10am anyone who arrives after 10 will not be able to put up their project.
-Projects may not be taken down until 4pm
-Projects must be taken with you at the end of the day. We will not store forgotten projects.

Awards Ceremony 10:30-11:30am
We will have a moving up ceremony for our students. Submit a shout-out for your student(s).
-You the parent are responsible to bring whatever award you would like handed to your student
-You the parent will be the one to hand the award to your student
-The Emcee will read whatever description of the award that you write into your registration

Student Showcase & lunch 12-1:30
We will have a BBQ lunch ($8 plates) with snacks and drinks for $1 each
Lunch options include a variety of side salads, fruit, chips and a drink.
Show case entrants
-This is a space for registrants to show off the skills they do in their own personal homeschool that isn't able to be displayed on a table, this may include dancing, singing, musical instruments, acting etc.
-While we will be doing our best to create an atmosphere of respect and non-interruption these performances are don't in an open room with people coming and going in between performances.
Non-Members: $10 for first entrance and $5 for additional 5 minutes this may be combined with the project fair entrances and is per family not individual

We are hosting a graduation for all 2024 homeschooled seniors. :) Tickets will go on sale soon! More details to come
