How to Register for Classes
In order to register for a session, please complete the following steps:
1) Become a member of the DVCLC website: Request membership here if you have not already done so
2) Complete the Family Registration and pay for the session:
Make sure you're logged in
Click the ‘Family Registration Fees Session 1 2021’ link, which is highlighted in turquoise, a popup will appear
Read the info and click “Click here to Sign Up”, a new popup appears
Type in your information, select the Family Price Option that reflects only how many children (age 2+, attending class) you are enrolling
Enter your desired off-site Emergency Contact information (name & phone) to be contacted in an on-site emergency situation.
Scroll to the bottom to Number Attending and select the number of ALL children you are registering, including nursery
Enter the names and grade-range of each child attending co-op (you'll have to edit out your first name) and click the Continue button
Verify your registration info is correct and click the Finish button
You will receive a confirmation email with your details
Simply click the class of your choice, check the box for the student you're registering, and hit the register button.
We recommend selecting classes for one child at a time, repeating the process to register each person.
5) Select your Parent Volunteer positions:
Parent jobs are located on the same page as the student class sign-ups. Non-classroom positions are located below the class matrices. Classroom positions are signed up for the same manner you register your students. Please place yourself in a parent position for every period in which you attend co-op.
6) After registration:
Please review or print your Summary of Class Registrations, organized by student
Review your Statement of Account, and make your payment to secure your registration.
Your classes are not confirmed until paid.
