Yuma Territory Live Steamers Weekend

Add to Your Calendar: 10/14/2017 10/14/2017 America/Phoenix Yuma Territory Live Steamers Weekend

http://www.visityuma.com/events

The new schedule will include both Saturday and Sunday rides on the 2nd and 4th weekends, October thru May. Located at East Riverside Park, below the Historic Prison. Like us on Facebook, or visit website at YumaLiveSteamers.org or call 928-782-1988.

Yuma Territory Live Steamers offer rides to the public on a 7-1/2-inch-gauge railroad that is large enough for kids and adults to ride. Our goals are to have fun and to educate children and adults about railroading history and safety. Official railroad signals are used when we are running for the proper start, stop, reverse and going thru road crossings. Yuma is one of the major hubs for trains traveling through, some days having as many as 50 trains both coming and going.

Find the mini-railway located off of Giss Parkway on Prison Hill Road at Riverside Park just below Yuma Territorial Prison.

Live Steamers also offer charter runs for birthday parties, picnics and other events, as well as having a Junior Engineer Program for children to learn more about the proper operation of a train.

Stop by and check it out; the Live Steamers are happy to tell you about the club — a 501(c)3 non-Profit club which kindly asks a $2 donation per person for the ride.

All aboard!
