Tuition is assessed over 10 equal payments. The first payment is due with registration/re-registration on June 1, 2025; all subsequent payments are due the first Friday of the month, September through May.
Tuition Pre-Pay: You receive a 10% discount per year when tuition is paid in full. Entire amount must be paid with registration or payment #1 should be paid with registration and the balance must be paid by the 1st Friday in September. Discount does not apply after the 1st Friday in September. The discount is forfeited with early withdrawal.

Required Forms may be mailed, faxed, e-mailed, or brought to the office. Refer to the SBFA School Checklist (last page of handbook), Annual School Calendar, or Newsletter for specific due dates for all forms. Email to SBFAforms@sbfaithacademy.org.
Tuition and Forms are due on the 1st Friday of each month and are considered late if not received in the office by the 2nd Friday of the month.
Late Fees are expected for items turned in after the 2nd Friday of the month (waivers will not be given).
Home School Legal Defense Association: (www.hslda.org) Annual membership is required, a discount is applied when you use the SBFA group membership code: 288003.
Current Members: Your HSLDA fee is due upon renewal date. HSLDA should send a renewal notice to your email address, with directions to pay online.
New Members: Once you are enrolled with SBFA, you will be given a discount code to receive a discounted membership.
Loss of HSLDA membership will result in disenrollment from SBFA.

Summary of SBFA Delinquency Procedures |
It is your responsibility to pay all applicable lates fees with all missed deadlines. Waivers will not be given. If all tuition, forms, and late fees are not received by the last day of the month, the family will be subject to immediate disenrollment. Re-enrollment will require new registration fees, paperwork, and payment of all late fees. If you have extreme financial hardship, please call the office or write the Board BEFORE the due date. |
