Winter in Paris Formal

Come out and have some fellowship and fun while supporting SBFA's Class of 2024!

Croissant sandwiches, salads, charcuterie board, drinks and desserts will be served. There will be a raffle with many prizes during the dance.

PICK UP TIME:  Students must be picked up no later than 9:30 pm.

RSVP TO ATTEND THE DANCE: Open to 8th-12th grade students.

Step 1: Read the SBFA Dress Code and Code of Conduct - Click here for a video tutorial.

• Click here to download the SBFA Dress Code and Code of Conduct.
• Open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You could download it here.
• Use the Fill & Sign tool in Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill in and sign the form.
• Save the form with the student's full name as part of the file's name. (EG: John Smith - SBFA Dress Code and Code of Conduct.pdf)
• Upload your signed forms to this Dropbox.
• Every attending student needs to turn in a signed form prior to attending the dance.

Step 2: Fill out the SBFA Student Activity Permission Form- Click here for a video tutorial.

• Click here to download the SBFA Student Activity Permission Form.
• Please open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Step 3: RSVP for the Dance

• High School students must not sign themselves up. Please have the responsible adult sign up the high school student.
• SBFA/PacLu/Coastal students can invite no more than 2 students as guests.
• SBFA Families - Please make sure you are logged in.
  • In the "General Information" section, please make sure you have the correct family selected in the drop-down menu.
    • If you have to manually fill in your name and contact information, you are not signed in.
  • In the "Attendee Information" section, please enter High School Student's information.
  • Click on Add Attendee, if you are signing up more than one student.
  • If your student is inviting a guest that you are paying for, use Add Attendee and fill in First and Last Name and Additional Attendee Information.
    • SBFA students can invite no more than 2 students as guests.
  • Not all fields will apply to SBFA students, please simply type "n/a".
• Non-SBFA Families
  • Please enter Parent/Guardian contact information in the "General Information" section.
  • Please enter High School Student's information in the "Attendee Information" section.
  • Click on Add Attendee, if you are signing up more than one student.
  • If your student is inviting a guest that you are paying for, use Add Attendee and fill in First and Last Name and Additional Attendee Information.
    • PacLu/Coastal students can invite no more than 2 students as guests.
      • The Guests for Pac Lu and Coastal Students need to have a letter of approval from their school principal or counselor. Letters need to be delivered to the SBFA office or scanned and emailed to hsprincipal@sbfaithacademy.org by Wednesday, December 13th.
  • Please list which SBFA, PacLu, or Coastal Academy high school student invited your high school student.

Step 4: Pay for the Dance

• Payment is due immediately.
• SBFA members pay here. You will need to log in to access this page.
• Non-SBFA members pay here.
• AT THE DOOR: Cost is $60. Cash only. Exact change.

Deadline: The deadline to sign up and pay is December 15th at 10:00AM.

IMPORTANT: Signed and completed forms and full payment must be received before you are granted entrance into the dance.
