Payment Instructions

FEE INFORMATION

The total cost for Graduation is $330 and payable to FAITH of NW Houston. 

  • A deposit of $165 is due now. 

  • Once your graduate is approved the $165 is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • The remaining balance of $165 is due by February 2026.

This pays for: 

  • Facility

  • Rehearsal

  • Graduation Ceremony

  • Cap, Gown & 2 Tassels

  • Programs with each graduate's page including senior picture, biography, and parent message 

  • Graduation slideshow during the diploma presentation of each graduate's music, words, and pictures

  • Professional portrait of parents and graduate with diploma

  • Live stream and downloadable link of ceremony 

  • Liability Insurance for the facility

Please note:  Fee DOES NOT COVER:

  • The Diploma - Graduates will receive a 30% discount from our vendor. This includes a personalized, custom diploma and cover. 

  • Senior Table - Tables incur an extra cost from the rental facility. If you choose to have a senior table there will be an additional fee of $25.

TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Your graduate's place will not be reserved until your application is approved AND your deposit is received.  

  • Pay via PayPal using the PayPal Link on your application

  • If you missed paying your fee during registration, please log back in and click on the Balance Due tab at the top of the page.

  • Pay by Mail by mailing a check for $165 payable to FAITH of NW Houston to:

  • If you are paying by check, please mail it within 7 days of completing your registration form, so that you do not forfeit your graduate's registration spot.
