The only emails sent will be informative and relevant to the sale.

Book drop off will be 1:00 - 1:45 p.m.

Pick up will be between 4 -4:30 p.m.  All items left by 4:30 will be forfeited to CHEFS for disposal.

Please read instructions all the way through. Make sure everything on the envelope is legible!! It’s very important that everybody can read what you have written.

All envelopes need to have:

  • Your Name,
  • Phone Number,
  • Description, and
  • Price of Item.
  • Also, please label *Cash Only* OR *Cash or Check* I do NOT recommend you accept Checks, but that’s ultimately up to you and at your own risk.
    • You may also use a Venmo or PayPal option at your own risk. Please make sure that is labeled clearly.

Please write on the side of the envelope that opens up. That will make it easier for the buyer to inset cash.

  • Write your name on the top. Under that, write your phone number and whether you will accept cash only OR checks or cash or Venmo/CASH App. This part will be the same for all of the items you sell, so you could easily print labels for this part.
  • Then at the bottom of the envelope give a description of the item for sale. For example: the title of the book or Curriculum name with description.
  • And then, to the side write the price of the item for sale. Each item you are selling will need an envelope.

Please look at the pictures for an example.

If you are selling a set, you can keep your set together with rubber bands or put them in a bag with the envelope taped to the outside of the bag. I would recommend using a see through bag so that people can see what you are selling.

Painters tape works great on books, at coming off without tearing the cover. You can put the envelope inside the front cover of the book, or outside cover.

Take a look at the pictures attached so you can get an idea of what you need to do.
