Description:
Join us for the CHEFS Homeschool Expo, where we bring together CO-OPs, tutors, teachers, fine arts instructors, sports coaches, extra-curricular activity providers, curriculum sellers (both new and used), and homeschool family-owned businesses! Whether you offer a service or product to the homeschool community, we welcome you to showcase your offerings at our event.
Event Details:
- Date: August 1, 2024
- Time: 6-8 p.m.
- Location: Fletcher Warren Civic Center, Greenville, Texas
- Booth Fee: $10 per booth space (non-refundable)
- Booth Setup: Please bring your own tables (no longer than 6 ft.) and chairs. You will have about 6 feet of space for your booth.
- Students/Teens (CHEFS members only) offering games/activities for children or selling snacks: $5 per space (sign-up required)
- Setup Time: Doors will open an hour early for booth setup (5 p.m.)
Additional Information:
- We encourage all vendors to offer a simple game, craft, or activity for kids at their booth. This helps keep children engaged while parents browse and ask questions. While not mandatory, it significantly enhances booth traffic.
- Food Items: Please note that while candy giveaways are acceptable, we kindly ask vendors not to give away other food items.
- Door Prize: If you would like to provide a door prize, please indicate this during registration. Door prizes will be announced throughout the event, with our announcer giving your business a shout-out.
Sign Up:
To reserve your booth space or student/teen activity space, please sign up early to secure your spot! I would like to limit duplicate booths, so register soon to avoid missing out.
