Welcome to Compass Homeschool Co-op!
Compass is a Christian homeschool co op with a Missions Focus located at First Christian Church in Conroe, TX.
Families must have at least one child in Kindergarten thru high school to be eligible to attend Compass (nursery and prek are available for younger siblings only).
We meet on Mondays from 9:30 - 2:30 pm and offer either full day or afternoon only options (academic Classes held in the morning and Elective/highschool core classes held in the afternoon)
We do not allow families to only attend 1 or 2 classes and then leave, they must stay for the full session. (whether it is full day or half day). **Exceptions may be made for highschoolers. Please see a leadership team member about this.

Because we are a Co-op, we rely on every parent to teach or help in some way throughout the day. We have spots/positions we will be assigning you to.
Compass is NOT a drop off program, nor do we keep grades or maintain student transcripts.
We ask that you withhold registering for a semester if you know you will be absent 3 or more times.
Registration for new families start in November for the spring semester and April for the fall semester.
We currently have a waitlist for the upcoming semester, So the sooner you apply, the sooner your name is put on the waitlist.
After our current families register, we evaluate how many openings we have. If we have room, we go in the order of the "waiting list" which is on a first come first served basis, according to when we have received the application.
**Please note that attending an info meeting will allow you to be put above the families who did not attend one. Also, if we need teachers, and you are willing to teach, that will also put you above those who do not want to teach.**
If you do get into Compass and have not attended an info meeting, you will be required to attend one or meet with leadership before Compass starts.
Please look over this website, and if you would like to be put on the waiting list, please click the join button at the top and fill out the application form.
Once we set the info meeting, we will send that info to the email you provided. This is usually on a Monday when Compass is in session.
We have NON REFUNDABLE Registration Fee
Registration fee is $50 per semester per family and is due before your child can be put into classes.
This deposit will be applied toward your tuition fee.
Since it is non refundable, please make sure you know what to expect from Compass and you know what we expect from you before paying the registration fee.
Half Day - $125 per semester for a family with up to 3 children
Full Day - $175 per semester for a family with up to 3 children
Families with more than 3 children will pay an additional $15 per child, with a max of $30 extra per family.
*Other expenses include a shirt for every member and a possible class fee depending on what classes your child is in.
