Agree to abide by the PARENT & STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

Acknowledge that my family’s participation in BCHA and my family’s utilization of the CBC facility could expose my family to a possible risk of personal injury, and I assume all risks inherent in such participation and/or utilization.

Attendance

Students will arrive to class promptly and not miss more than 3 out the 34 classes scheduled. Families will contact the administrator and teachers before any planned absences occur.

Behavior

Students will be self governing, with a desire to be responsible, considerate, appreciative, thoughtful, and committed to their studies.
Profanity, obscenity, impurity, hateful speech, and bullying are not permitted.

Dress Code

Please wear clothing that covers undergarments
Keep pants and jeans at hip level or above
Please wear jeans with minimal or no tears/rips
Refrain from wearing excessively tight clothing
All shirts must cover the waist band. NO CROP TOPS
Please keep skirt/dress lengths around the knee and shorts lengths at the fngertips
When wearing leggings, please pair them with tunic-length or longer top/dress
No plunging necklines

If a student is not abiding by the dress code, the student's parents will be notified and asked to bring more appropriate clothing for the student to wear.

Weapons and Alcohol

Students will refrain from bringing any knives or other potentially dangerous items to BCHA. Any item considered dangerous will be confiscated by the administrators until the end of the day.

BCHA students are underage and cannot legally consume alcohol; therefore, if a student is found with alcohol, we will notify parents and call the local Police Department to handle the situation.

Parents

Parents are ultimately responsible for ensuring that student work is completed in a timely manner, for the student's prompt arrival for classes, and for behavior problems to be addressed quickly at home when necessary. A family interview may be requested by the Board if difficulties arise. Payment Instructions

Membership with BCHA Co-op requires a yearly membership fee. The site admin will not approve your membership until this fee has been paid.

Please pay online using the convenient PAY NOW button. If you need to pay with cash or check, please contact the finance coordinator to work something out. Remember that cash or check payments take a week or more to post, and your membership will be approved after receipt of the fees.
