Rainier Homeschool Group Terms of Service

ELIGIBILITY

• Oldest child in the family must be at least 5 years old at the beginning of the semester.

• All attending students must be homeschooling according to the Washington State Home-Based Instruction law, which requires submitting a Declaration of Intent to Homeschooling. Full-time enrollment in any public school program (online or in person) disqualifies students from enrollment at Rainier Homeschool Group.

• Attending parent(s) must agree with the Statement of Faith.

• Attending parent(s) must complete and pass a background check and a child safety course (provided by the background check company). Fees are minimal and will be paid by members.

• If an alternate parent will substitute in case of the attending parent’s absence, a cleared background check is also required.

• Parent(s) must fully agree with the RHG Statement of Faith.

DISCLAIMERS

• RHG reserves the right to substitute a teacher or cancel/substitute a class.

• The beliefs, doctrines, or policies of facilities used by RHG are not necessarily upheld by the RHG Board of Directors or its members. This includes the host church, field trip venues, meeting or event space, etc.

• Rainier Homeschool Group reserves the right to deny participation to anyone at any time.
