Mrs. Sharon Gryzlov To All Instructors

Mrs. Gryzlov has always enjoyed teaching children whether in her piano studio prior to raising a family or in the homeschool realm with her own four children. She is deeply committed to helping students grow in their love of learning and to develop their skills to be used for God’s glory.

She grew up in Maine where she received her B.A. in Piano Performance and then met her husband and relocated to Richmond, VA. where she completed her M.M. at VCU. Along with her love for music, Mrs. Gryzlov is passionate about education. She believes you never stop learning and loves the opportunity to grow alongside her children.

She has taught American Literature in various co-ops for several years. She especially enjoys introducing students to classic literature that stands the test of time and is still relevant today.  

In addition to homeschooling, Mrs. Gryzlov loves teaching ESL classes alongside her husband. When not in the classroom, she enjoys hiking, gardening and of course reading!
