Thank you for requesting membership to our co-op! The purpose of Oxford Christian Academy is to provide a safe place for parents and kids to create lasting, meaningful relationships, have fun learning together, and to grow in our Christian faith while praying and encouraging each other in our journeys. 

We are a conservative Christian group of home educators in Southern Chester County, PA, Maryland and Delaware. Our students range from kindergarten all the way through high school. We typically meet 1-2 times a week for art, music, science, STEAM, educational field trips, fun days, parties, and sports. 

Field trips, fun days, and sports days are typically on Wednesday afternoons. 

Classes (art and music etc.) and all others are offered on Tuesday afternoons at a local church - Cornerstone Church in Landenberg, PA. 

OCA events are organized by parents - each family is expected to contribute to planning one event and assisting with field trips, events, parties, etc. that your family would like to attend throughout the year.

Member Registration Update

The membership fee for the 2025/2026 Co-op Year is $225 for full access to Tuesday classes, emails and field trips or $50 for field trips and emails. 

This includes your yearly family website fee, group liability insurance, and administrative fees. The membership fee is non-refundable.

Any field trips and class supply costs are paid separately.

Payment Instructions

The membership fee for the 2025/2026 Co-op Year is $225 for full access or $50 for everything except Tuesday classes and clubs. 

Membership fees are non-refundable.

This includes your yearly family website fee, group liability insurance, and administrative fees.

Please send your check to Michelle Scheibe, made payable to Oxford Christian Academy. 119 W. South St. Kennett Square, PA 19348..

Please print these waivers and mail them in with your check. There is one parent form and one form PER child. You may not list multiple children on one form. The insurance company will not accept it.
