There is a registration fee/family that is due when enrolling your children after your interview. The church requires us to purchase insurance, adults have to take an online safety class, and we have to have background checks. This fee helps pay for all of that. It is $75 from March – April 30. After May 1st, the price will rise to $100 per family. After June 2, the fee increases to $125 per family, and after July 2nd, it increases to $150 per family. The registration fee is non-refundable.

To take classes, the cost is $ 50 student/month if a parent or family member assists in 4 classes.
If you are not assisting in less than 4 classes or are dropping your child off, the cost is $ 100/
student/month. Payments are due on the first class day of the month. There will be a $25.00
late fee for payments received after the 10th of the month.

Our policy will be to use in-house teachers (parents willing to teach while their children are
attending HeartWay Homeschool co-op). If the need arises, we will utilize outside teachers to
teach specialty subjects. The parents may or may not directly pay these teachers. This will be
determined by the board as the need arises.
Joining HeartWay Co-op is making a commitment for your child/ren to attend for the entire
school year. Signing up to teach/assist will also be a commitment for the entire year. Will you
be committed to HeartWay co-op for the year?
