Hi - I’m Allison Mangiafico and I love being a part of Thrive! I started as a parent volunteer who loved being at the check-in desk! I then had the honor to join Thrive’s amazing staff in August 2024! I lead the Cafe, all Thrive events, the fundraising teams, coordinate & oversee all field trips, and now, adding ASB Coordinator to my list of Thrive FUN!

I grew up in Southern Ohio, right along the Ohio River, and ventured West in 2000, finishing college at Cal State Fullerton, in their Broadcast Journalism Department. My dream was to be a news anchor ?¨ After a few internships, my post-college journey brought me to San Diego for my first sales job!

Many years laters - I am a blessed mom of four very busy kids…and enjoy chairing committees and attending board meetings for organizations they are involved with. When I’m not at Thrive or cheering my kids on at their many sports & activities, I love going to the beach, shopping, spending time with friends, or enjoying a nice massage!
