Rondi Rainey To All Instructors

Hello, Thrive community! I’m Rondi! I’ve been in full-time youth ministry for over 18 years, and since 2009 I’ve been leading Unveiling, a ministry helping females of all ages come to know Jesus in a real and personal way. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of leading 15 international trips to India, creating a small group curriculum for youth leaders, hosting more than 10 conferences, mentoring young women, leading before-school Bible studies, running lunch clubs on school campuses, and serving incarcerated women and women experiencing homelessness. On a personal note, I grew up in Encinitas and now call Oceanside home. After waiting 43 years on God’s timing, I’m overjoyed to share that I’ll be getting married on January 2nd, 2026, and I can’t wait to begin this next chapter as Mrs. Rainey!
