Salt & Light is excited to present our upcoming Team Policy Debate Camp in Wauwatosa, WI! 

Come join the fun:

9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. daily

with optional evening fun offerings! 

Whether you are brand new to debate or have competed at the national level, this camp offers something for everyone.  We will dive into our new resolution, learn and/or practice debate skills, and have lots of fun too. Tracks will be offered for novice as well as experienced debaters.

Introducing our lead instructor, Marc Davis. Marc has been involved in academic debate for over half of his life. He debated in NCFCA policy debate for 6 years, American and Worlds parliamentary debate in college for 3 years, and has been coaching NCFCAers and others in the 8 years since. He has not only won national tournaments but has also coached NCFCA national champions. He works with Brenda Storz as part of New England Debate to help train and inspire homeschooled debaters across the country. Apart from debate, Marc also reviews modern board games at The Thoughtful Gamer and enjoys playing both golf and disc golf.

Assistant Instructor, Eli Anumolu, experienced debater and NCFCA/Salt and Light alumni, will join our camp coaching staff.

Price for first registrant is $120, additional siblings $100. We will also be arranging simple meal orders from area restaurants for lunches (Chick-Fil-A, pizzas, subs) if you don't want to bring your own, including a gluten-friendly option. You may choose to register with or without the lunch option using the drop-down menu for each registrant.

Parents will be needed to help with feedback the third day of the camp, but are welcome to sit in on the teaching sessions all three days at no additional charge.
