Taking the lead in a homeschool community is a labor of love, but even the most passionate leaders need a moment to breathe. Whether you are navigating co-op logistics, supporting teachers, or casting vision for the new semester, this retreat is designed specifically for you.
Join fellow leaders and educators for a morning of collaboration and an afternoon of focused productivity. It’s time to step away from the daily grind, recharge your batteries, and head into the coming year with a clear plan and a full tank.
Event Schedule

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Workshops & Roundtable Discussions Interactive sessions focused on living out your mission statement, community building, and effective leadership.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Provided Lunch & Networking Refuel and connect. This is your time to swap stories, share resources, and build relationships with other leaders who truly "get it."

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Team Strategy & Deep Work We’ve carved out the space so you don’t have to. Use this block to huddle with your specific team, hammer out your calendar, or finalize those pending projects in a quiet, supportive environment.
